The patient was admitted to hospital due to a spontaneous partial pneumothorax on the left.

 

On the ultrasound it shows a pleural line, but we cannot see „lung sliding“. When breathing from the left side we see „lung sliding“ and the „lung point“ - the point between normal „lung sliding“ and its absence.
