A patient with bilateral pneumonia and fluidothorax.

 

On the ultrasound examination we see alveolar consolidation, in which the movement of the hyperechoic parts - the dynamic air bronchogram (tiny air particles in the bronchi - white arrow), followed by the disappearance of „lung sliding“ and fluidothorax.
