A patient with adenocarcinoma of the right lower lobe, hospitalised due to the progression of fluidothorax on the right.
The ultrasonographic examination demonstrated large fluidothorax with compressive atelectasis of the lungs in a polyp shape. Pleural biopsy performed, cytology adenocarcinoma.
