The ultrasound examination shows a tumour mass extending into the left chest wall. Ultrasonography-guided biopsy performed with a true-cut needle in real time; on the video the needle penetrating into the relatively resistant tumour can be seen. Histological examination – squamous-cell carcinoma. A chest CT followed after staging of the tumour.
